Donalson chevrolet is located in silsbee,where i live, so it is very easy to get to. Therefore, i dont have to drive down demolition derby hwy96/hwy 69 to get to classic chevy or jk chevrolet. I go there so ofter they applied a continued discount on my account thanks to Nichole,Meagan,Jewel and Jana. The 1995 tahoe I broguht in for service on the brake system was kind and courteous. Jewel payen found a way to work it in earlier than expected. The service manager offered me $50 discount on the service. Also, good job to Nichole wooley and jana weatherspoon. and Also the Mike and the rest of the mechanics that work in the ship.

3 purchase from Donelson. Always a very straight forward transaction. Very professional. Rusty always does a great job listening and taking care of us.

Although the pricing was competitive, I did not receive my Costco rebate. I informed them at the beginning that I was a Veteran, had USAA and Costco. The rebate was $1250.00 for Costco. I informed them that the rebate was not on the contract as it was all lumped together. No one responded and my attempts to remedy the situation were ignored. no answer to text or voicemails left.

I called the first part of January to set up an appointment for my truck and was told it would be the end of January before they could get to it for a diagnostic.
I then had my truck towed on the 24th of January thinking that it was going to have someone doing a diagnostic on it the next week.
Next week came with no diagnostics.
I think it was the first part of March before anyone ever really done a diagnostic for my truck.

I’m handicapped and had to struggle to walk inside to get a service advisor to help me. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2024 Denali Ultimate. After speaking to Janna in service dept at Donald’s GMC in Silsbee TX, we opted to bring truck in to Jasper TX dealer, Lake Country Chevrolet which ended up being a huge mistake. While the service was excellent from start to finish, the big surprise at payment was not. We would have brought a check had we known there would be a 3% fee for credit card payment. My suggestion: either build the fee into the cost since the majority pay with card now OR notify the customer when calling to inform them that their vehicle is ready so they can have the option to avoid the fee. That adds up on large repair bills.

Trade in value very low, still to this day have not received our second Key fob, no one contacts us very pour communications, i would not recommend this dealer at all. We drove for several hrs to buy this vehicle because mainly the color & was disappointed on the whole time consuming process .

I went in to have service done on my car. The item they replaced affected the oil in my car. The Oil Cooler had not been working and all my oil was dirty, brown, and had a burnt smell. When I went to go get my car, they left the dirty stinky burnt oil in there. I don't understand because I thought the oil is the life blood of vehicles. They did not rotate my tires. That’s supposed to be done with the oil change. This is like the second time they didn’t do it.

I ask three times about the second fob. Any hope of getting it. I live within 30 minutes of orginal owner. Would be glad to go pick it up if Donaldson would contact them

I left feeling i got a good deal and they've been helpful after the purchase.

Everything was great! But I bought me truck when it was Morris Moore and I was supposed to have all these perks for the lifetime ownership of the truck. Guess that all changed when it switched to Donaldson. One of the perks was to have a rental car when I have to take my truck in and leave it for days.

Made appointment with Janna in service dept a week ahead. Janna was waiting when I show up. Dropped off vehicle and received call within 4 hours that service was complete. Picked up vehicle and problem was repaired. Great service and great people.
